Colors used in Ubuntu UI Toolkit since OTA-10. Based on The SDK Palette article.

You can download the color palette for use with Inkscape or GIMP.

In order to make the color palette work in Inkscape, place the file in ~/.config/inkscape/palettes/
For GIMP 2.8 open ~/.gimp-2.8/palettes/ and put the file there.

Color Blind Palette

Colors used when designing interfaces for color blind people. These have nothing to do with Ubuntu. Based on Set of colors that is unambiguous both to colorblinds and non-colorblinds

You can download the color palette for use with Inkscape or GIMP.
